Nestled in the Jikawa province, the Kindeng Dry Mill sources its cherries from about 1,500 smallholder farms, which are often family-run and span 1-2 hectares each. These farmers contribute to a collective lot that undergoes a natural drying process, renowned for enhancing the coffee's fruity and floral notes.
